BASEMENT INSPECTIONS
When inspecting a below grade wall waterproofing system, we specifically focus on areas that are historically problematic: corners, penetrations, and transitions. Corners are notorious for being difficult to coat evenly, and we meticulously check for any signs of bridging or tearing in the membrane. At points where pipes or conduits will exit the wall, we examine the detailing around them. These are critical areas where the membrane needs to be tightly adhered and seamlessly integrated with the pipe's surface to prevent water ingress.
